Launch Power Protocol and establish liquidity for POWER in a controlled and stable manner. Release the foundational token staking and token sinks infrastructure layer and activate initial partner onboarding pilots without over-committing to specific features that could create execution pressure.

This phase focuses on demonstrating early utility loops in a flagship gaming title with real participation, positioning the ecosystem as evidence-based and product-driven.

2026 Q1

Expand platform infrastructure through toolkit release that allows partners and builders to integrate POWER reward rails into their projects. Establish initial protocol-connected integrations, such as cross-app identity system, APIs, and reward-compounding rails. Demonstrate that Power Protocol is a broader product growth layer beyond a single game.

2026 Q2

Expand Power Labs by scaling an exponential potential project to market, and onboarding new partners and incubated products to POWER-enabled token sinks through the infra layer. Compound inbound usage through evidence that new partner ecosystems can launch and recycle value back into POWER.

Expand Power Protocol infrastructure towards innovative reward-compounding rails and AI-led adtech personalization to maximize returns for partner marketing budgets by targeting high-value LTV users.

2026 Q3

Ecosystem growth through broader integrations that meaningfully expand POWER activity and sinks through non-gaming apps. Demonstrate high-value yield of broader consumer apps as the primary growth for new users and spenders. Data maturity and user quality scale unlocks compounding value to partners and POWER.

Power Protocol infrastructure reaches product feature parity with leading rewarded user acquisition and liveops platforms. Onboard the first mass market partner that validates Power Protocol's compounding-rewards adtech product/market-fit at billion dollar marketing budgets.
