🦾$POWER Tech Stack

A full-spectrum infrastructure layer that powers onchain economies

Power Protocol technology stack includes additional pillars beyond the outlined adtech-focused system. This document highlights the initial strategic priority; further components of the full stack will be introduced in future updates.

Power Protocol: The New Standard for Socially-Optimized App Growth

Introduction

Adtech is broken. It was designed for a world where brands broadcast and users consume. Today, users create, share, influence, and drive virality, yet the global ad ecosystem still allocates over $300B toward old funnel assumptions and the same ~5% of paying users. The result is a structurally inefficient system: apps continue spending more to acquire fewer valuable users, while the 95% of non-payers, receive none of the value they create.

This gap has become more pronounced as consumer behavior has shifted toward gamified engagement, social incentives, and viral loops. The rapid rise of models like Temu’s social payouts and Alipay’s gamified reward systems proves that socially activated incentives outperform traditional advertising. Yet no unified protocol brings this model to the broader app ecosystem.

Power Protocol exists to change that.

The Problem

Adtech hasn’t evolved to match the behavior of today’s socially active consumer. Despite users responding most strongly to social, viral, and game-like mechanics (not static ads), the system is still optimized around:

  • A tiny segment of payers who represent only ~5% of mobile users

  • Legacy attribution and targeting models that ignore social value

  • Inefficient spend that does not reward users who drive engagement, retention, and virality

Meanwhile, the largest share of value creation (community-driven users), remains outside the incentive loop. Apps keep spending, but users don’t feel the value.

The Solution

Power Protocol turns $300B of wasted ad spend into compounding user value and accelerated app growth.

Using AI-driven targeting and socially optimized growth design, Power Protocol redirects app acquisition spend away from extractive advertising and toward the users who actually drive growth.

The protocol rewards meaningful user behavior: social sharing, referrals, session consistency, skill mastery, creator activity, and more, with incentives that feel native, valuable, and viral. These incentives can compound through simple DeFi-based primitives, creating a self-sustaining value loop that outperforms traditional ad-based acquisition.

Apps grow faster. Users earn more. The ecosystem becomes smarter with every interaction.

Simple Definition

Power Protocol redirects app spend toward high-engagement users who drive growth. It uses AI to target the right users and reward them through social and in-app achievements with real, compounding value. Users can grow these rewards through simple DeFi mechanics, forming a flywheel that is more effective and more aligned with user behavior than traditional paid acquisition.

Defensibility

Power Protocol’s moat is execution in production, not theory.

Our system is validated inside Fableborne, a scaled, high-retention game with a real, socially active user base. This gives us immediate leverage:

  • Live testing of incentive mechanics

  • Real data on behavior, spend, and social propagation

  • Continuous iteration cycles

  • Proof-driven outcomes rather than hypothetical modeling

Competitors design their theses on paper. We refine ours in a live ecosystem with tens of thousands of players.

Once perfected internally, the protocol expands outward offering third-party apps an evidence-backed growth engine built on real data, real performance, and real user behavior.
